Caleb Moreno

Caleb leads the relocation concierge and has helped about 140 households move to the Puget Sound from out of state since 2018, most from California, Texas, and the East Coast. He moved here from Austin in 2014.

He handles the ground work before clients land: neighborhood shortlists, school visits, rental bridges, and a first week of showings that fits a start date. He covers Seattle and the Eastside and works with Owen on island moves.
