Daniel Renwick

Daniel opened Renwick in 2012 after nine years at a large Seattle brokerage, selling mostly in Queen Anne and Magnolia. He started the firm with one rule: the broker who lists the home sees it through to closing.

He still carries a full client list, with a focus on view homes on the west slope of Queen Anne and older houses that need an honest pricing conversation. He has lived in Seattle since 1998.
