Leah Okoro

Leah works only with buyers and has since 2017, mostly in Capitol Hill, Ballard, Wallingford, and Beacon Hill. She came from five years as a mortgage underwriter, so she reads a pre-approval the way other agents read a listing.

She sees roughly 200 homes a year with clients and writes offers that compete without waiving inspections. Most of her business is first-time buyers and people moving up from a condo.
