Sofia Lindqvist

Sofia has listed homes in Seattle since 2016 and runs Renwick's pre-listing process, from the first walkthrough to the staging plan and photo schedule. She trained as an interior designer in Gothenburg before moving here in 2013.

Her listings go under contract in a median of 19 days, and she writes the market notes on the Renwick blog. She sells mostly in Ballard, Fremont, and Phinney Ridge, with a growing number of listings in West Seattle.
